Privacy Policy
Effective date: 14 September 2026
How we handle information on sbiton.com.
This Privacy Policy covers visits to this website, product inquiries and support correspondence handled by Shenzhen Ruicheng Technology Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”). It does not describe data handled inside a mobile app. Refer to the privacy policy linked from the particular app and its store listing for that app’s data practices.
1. Who is responsible for your information
Shenzhen Ruicheng Technology Co., Ltd.
Room 211, Building B, Hezhihe Industrial Park, No. 2990 Songbai Road, Jingbei Village, Shiyan Subdistrict, Baoan District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China
Privacy contact: support@sbiton.com.
2. Information we handle
- Inquiries: the product selected, your name, email address, company if supplied, quantity or required length, destination country or region, project requirements, consent confirmation and submission time.
- Support correspondence: your email address, message content, replies and any product or app details or attachments you choose to send.
- Technical information: the hosting infrastructure processes connection information, such as IP address, requested URL, browser information and request time, to deliver and protect the website. Our inquiry form uses a hashed IP-based counter to limit repeated submissions.
- Website accounts: if you use an existing website account, we handle account identifiers, email, profile details and information you save in that account to provide access and account support. Website administration also uses authenticated accounts.
You can browse the product collection without submitting an inquiry. Required form fields are marked; without those details we may be unable to respond through the form. Please do not include passwords, verification codes, payment card details or unrelated sensitive information.
3. Why we use information
We use inquiry and correspondence details to answer questions, prepare requested quotations and provide support. Technical information helps deliver pages, prevent spam, diagnose problems and protect the website. Account information supports authentication and account administration. Information may also be used to meet applicable legal obligations and resolve disputes.
4. Storage and access
Inquiry submissions are saved as private records in our website administration, and a notification containing the inquiry is sent to our support mailbox. Website administrators and support personnel can access information needed to handle your request. Website hosting and email providers process information as part of delivering those services. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to protect legal rights and website security.
We operate in China. When you contact us from another country, your information is made available to our team in China and processed through the infrastructure used for this website and email service.
5. Cookies and website functionality
Website login and administration use cookies for authentication and preferences. You can manage cookies through your browser; blocking necessary cookies can prevent account features from working. The custom product showcase and inquiry form do not add advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts. Our form’s rate limit and submission receipt are stored on the server: the rate-limit entry expires after one hour and the receipt after 30 minutes.
6. Retention and deletion
Inquiry records and support emails remain in the website administration and mailbox until they are removed; they do not have an automatic deletion schedule. Account information remains while the account is maintained. We assess deletion requests against the continuing need to respond to you, applicable retention obligations, security and dispute requirements. Some information may need to be retained for those reasons, and we will explain an applicable exception when responding. Copies in backups may remain until those backups are replaced under the service provider’s backup process.
You can request access, correction or deletion using the process below. Expiry of a form receipt or rate-limit entry does not delete the inquiry itself.
7. Your choices and requests
Email support@sbiton.com to request access to, correction of or deletion of information associated with your inquiry, correspondence or website account. You can also tell us to stop further non-essential correspondence. Depending on the law applicable to you, additional rights may include objection, restriction, portability or making a complaint to the relevant data protection authority.
We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify the request and locate the relevant records. Do not send identity documents unless our team explains why they are needed. See Privacy requests for the details to include.
8. Security
The website uses HTTPS. Inquiry records are restricted from public access, and the inquiry form uses request validation and submission limits. These measures help protect your information; no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
9. Children
This product and business inquiry website is intended for adults. A parent or guardian who believes a child has sent personal information can contact us to request its review and deletion.
10. Changes and contact
We will update this page when the website’s data practices change. The effective date above identifies this version. For questions, contact support@sbiton.com or write to our registered address listed above.
